Shape Corrector
Universal Steel's new Shape Corrector reduces or eliminates many
shape
problems in coiled steel. It works by
stretching and rolling the material
under extreme tension to equalize the "fiber" lengths of the steel to
eliminate or nearly eliminate edge wave or buckle. There is a
slight
gage reduction of 0.5% to 1% There are also slight
decreases in yield,
tensile and Rockwell hardness.

the Shape Corrector will eliminate or make them less
